IPSWICH face Belle Vue as the sides second and third in the Premiership meet at Foxhall tonight (Thursday).
Both teams could end the night top of the table with a win, depending on the result at Poole, and the Witches have a revised riding order for August with Polish star Krystian Pieszczek dropping to reserve as Jake Allen moves up.
The Aces hand a debut to Nikolaj Busk Jakobsen at reserve, whilst Nick Morris guests for the injured Dan Bewley.
Ipswich manager Ritchie Hawkins said: “It has been a while since we had a really good home performance and it would be really nice to put in a very good performance.
“Belle Vue will come stronger than they did earlier in the year, so we need to perform, and we are looking for a good performance.
“We scraped through last week and we were poor against Poole so it would be nice to replicate our away performances at Foxhall.”
Belle Vue boss Mark Lemon said: “The boys really need to step up their game away from home to keep up our challenge amongst the top four.
“Ipswich are a strong team at home. We’ve experienced that strength before, but Thursday’s a new day, the boys understand what needs doing so we’ve got to focus and concentrate on our goal.”
IPSWICH: Chris Harris, Cameron Heeps, Danny King, Jake Allen, Richard Lawson, Edward Kennett, Krystian Pieszczek. BELLE VUE: Max Fricke, Steve Worrall, Nick Morris, Dimitri Berge, Kenneth Bjerre, Jaimon Lidsey, Nikolaj B Jakobsen.
